Yoga Barre (nonheated)

This class is abnormally fun and an amazing full-body workout. It’s a non-impact cardio class, that incorporates Kundalini movements to release built-up stress, and is structured around traditional yoga. We have combined barre’s world of intense isometric movements and cardiovascular exercises with deep openings and lengthening from a traditional yoga practice. Your arms, legs, abdominals, and booty will love you for trying this barre-influenced class. Check your ego at the door and get ready to have some fun!
