This will be a new regular offering for my online community, where we go through a workout that focuses on skill building and drills for inversions. The focus will differ in each session, but the goal will be to work inversions like handstand, forearm stand, and other inversions. This workout is all levels, but I recommend the ability to kick up into handstand on a wall.
